Construction Laborer

Our Construction Laborers are skilled, dependable team members who support all phases of construction across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities include site preparation, demolition, material handling, fencing installation, welding support, concrete work, grading, and general construction assistance. Laborers operate hand and power tools, assist equipment operators, and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. Our laborers are cross-trained across multiple trades, making them valuable contributors to every stage of a project.

Welder

Our Welders operate primarily in the field and serve as hands-on crew leads, not just shop welders. They must be skilled in saddle cutting, fitting, and field welding, including welding light-gauge metals such as 16-gauge steel using arc welding processes. This role requires strong layout ability, clean and structurally sound weld execution, and the flexibility to work in active job site conditions.

Welders are responsible for managing tools, materials, and equipment, while overseeing helpers or laborers on site. They are expected to maintain safety standards, ensure quality control, and lead by example in productivity and professionalism.

Commercial Foreman

The Commercial Foreman oversees daily field operations on commercial projects, coordinating subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards. This role serves as the main point of communication between field teams and project management.

Responsibilities include conducting daily roll call, managing time and attendance, supervising manpower, and maintaining productivity. The Foreman is also responsible for coordinating materials, overseeing equipment usage, and maintaining job site organization and safety compliance.

Residental Foreman

The Residential Foreman assumes full responsibility for managing residential projects from start to finish. This role oversees crew performance, ensures employees arrive on time and work sufficient hours, and maintains productivity standards on site. The Foreman is responsible for picking up and coordinating materials, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping the job site clean and organized.

In addition, the Residential Foreman serves as the primary point of contact for the homeowner, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project. This position requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage all aspects of the job to successful completion.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple job sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are executed according to plan, budget, and schedule. This role maintains clear and consistent communication between superintendents, field teams, and clients to keep expectations aligned and operations running smoothly.

The Project Manager coordinates materials, scheduling, and overall project logistics, ensuring everything is properly planned and executed. They are expected to proactively identify and overcome daily challenges, solve problems efficiently, and keep projects moving forward while maintaining company standards and client satisfaction.

Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing new business by obtaining leads, following up consistently, and building strong client relationships. This role includes traveling to job sites to gather information and prepare accurate quotes.

Sales Representatives assemble detailed proposal packets with scope, cost breakdowns, and profit analysis for each project. The company operates with three roles: Commercial, Residential, and a Traveling Representative who secures projects out of city and nationwide. All representatives work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution.
